I understand the city council prohibits keeping dogs in KAJANG CONDO, and as a homeowner, I have never intended to bring a pet (dog) here. However, seeing the "No Anjing" sign on the playboard and siteboard feels uncomfortable, as it can come across as specifically targeting certain communities, like Chinese and Indian residents, who are more likely to keep dogs as pets. Wouldn't it be more appropriate to use a more inclusive message like "No Pets Allowed" instead? This would be fairer to all residents while still aligning with the management's guidelines.Additionally, I appreciate that the workers have been quite punctual in arranging defect repairs, and the workmanship is generally acceptable. However, when you decided to change the name from "Mirai" to "Meriah" halfway through the project, it left me feeling deceived and confused. Now, when I need to receive packages, I don't even know whether to label them for "Mirai" or "Meriah." I have never encountered such a situation before – this is the first and will be the last. I will no longer support any projects under MKH.When the time comes, we will move out of this place immediately. I just hope that by then, your value still holds. Thank you.

The design, facilities and ambiance is nice, practical and modern.Not to undermine the developer, as the construction itself progressed quickly despite the covid setback. However, I am quite disappointed with the their decision to change the name from "Mirai" to "Meriah" - its feels generic and completely abandons the theme that attracted many buyers in the first place.

My opinion conclusion is scammer.When ask about this info, did you mentioned why initial it was called as Mirai and now call Meriah ?Isn't your job to inform buyer the truth when selling an items ?If didn't tell the truth, isn't it consider as lie ? (= scammer ?)And come on, don't ask your worker to write the review so that it look nice. When in fact you didn't even inform owner the name changes ~

No doubt, this is a nice condo with top-class facilities and good investment potential, however, the name change from Mirai to "Meriah" is purely unacceptable! Changing the name of this condo from a sort of "premium-ish" sounding Japanese name to Meriah?? What a joke!!And to make matters worse, the developer DID NOT inform pretty much any of the buyers of this property prior to this name change.We spend good money on the purchase of this condo units and look what is delivered to us! Dissapointment is an understatement. I don't know about you, but, NO MORE MKH FOR ME.As soon as we buyers get a hold of the keys of our units, let's perform a demonstration to take legal action against this irresponsible developer for damaging the reputation and value of our properties.Its safe to say, none of us owners are "Meriah" at all.Mirai will always be Mirai. And NEVER "MERIAH"p/s: you people have no other word to use ah? Why such a cheap sounding name? Your selling price for units here starts from 300k+ but you make this place sound like a low cost apartment found in Sendayan/Rawang/Bkt Beruntung and other areas with properties that have very low value.
