Dec 06, 2019 · Veronika SchubertováI have booked this Hotel through oyo and it was very bad experience for me i have checked in hotel at noon in room no 208 and is not proper condition all wiring hanging on wall and there is no mirror nothing accept bed only and air conditioning not working when I asked to reception they told me they can't provide the another room at the time when I asked them to resolve my problem one of the staff told me that you can go but we will not refund the amount bcz you have booked from oyo site than after 1 hours they provide us another room 204 and it's also very bed condition when I close window the window fall down than me and my friend decided to go from there and we ask them to refund our money they didn't refund our deposit money also we left from there its very bed expireanc for me i didn't expect any hotel can do like thise
