Nasir Homestay Reviews
It's a great hidden gem for it's priceWhich is (as of this review) is RM200 per nightIt does have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms+toilets2 Rooms is on the second floor and one is on the first floor2 is air conditioned while 1 is only with ceiling fanThe vibe of the house is pretty much an old school traditional kampung style. Which is for me a positive thing because it really does bring back memories.the view is pretty nice since it is by the river (Sungai Perak)So basically, you have the river view for yourself which is just amazing. They also have a second house to the side, which is a new one.. not a kampung house. But if you want to bring a big family you can also book the second house which has 2 bedrooms and is only rm150.As for this house, the first floor is a bit small and tight so some people might feel cramped in there but depends on who we are asking.. as for me it feels just nice. As for the second floor, which is the best part, plenty of rooms for everyone more than 5 more than 8 could fit up there no problem it's still comfortable. The toilets are a bit tight on the first floor one, the second floor one's is also tight but is longer and has an outside area to dry yourself out which makes it feel very "kampung" like.Overall, it is very comfortable for big families that could sleep together, a lot of "totos" for extra people if needed. The thing that may be lacking (atleast for some, not for me.. it is a small matter) are:-A Washing Machine-Place to dry clothes-A wok and some pots (there is a big pot but it's too big if you want to cook something like maggi)-Water Purifier AKA "Coway/Cuckoo" (But there is a kettle that you can use to make hot water)But other than that, atleast for me it is very much worth it for people that likes kampung homestay vibes.
