I am extremely dissatisfied with the security management at The Opus KL. We rented an Airbnb there last night and had a very unpleasant experience with their security personnel.When we arrived, the security guard, Santos, requested a RM20 fee for overnight visitor parking. However, he did not explain the reason for this charge. Instead, he simply handed us an overnight pass and told us to place it visibly at the front of our car.The next day, we found our car clamped. We asked to speak with the security guard, and a manager named Ali appeared. He claimed that our car was not parked in the correct visitor parking spot. We were frustrated, as we had followed the instructions given by the initial security guard. Despite this, we were still forced to pay a RM200 unclamping fee.What made the situation even worse was the unprofessional behavior of the security manager, Ali. He threatened us, saying that if we didn’t pay the fee, he had "other things to do" and no time to deal with us. I even suggested a compromise, offering to pay half the fee (RM100), but Ali refused, stating, "This cannot be discounted; this is all your fault." He also defended the guard, saying the guard had worked there for a year without any issues until our situation.This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of clear communication and the unprofessional conduct from the security staff.
