Just a few feedbacks during my stay.1) upon arrival the instruction to where shall we check in wasn’t clear and the handling over of money wasn’t professional. The captain asked for deposit but there’s no receipt for us to prove to claim.2) When booking my room the amenities stated that the room will provide us with the portable cooker. When we arrived to the room, the cooker wasn’t there, the remote control for the television not provided, toilet stinks, microwave semi useful, the lamp plug was spoilt, wifi wasn’t connected and the heater was broken!3) texted the captain with our concern, he only acknowledged my room number but did not attend to our needs! We kept calling him apparently it didn’t came through. Understanding from my point the things mentioned above was very basic yet oyo failed to deliver.4) overall experience was pathetic, very disastrous and i will NOT recommend any of my family or peers to have this as their stay for their desired upcoming visit. I am distraught with everything and will email directly to the person incharge.Please take this feedback seriously lieu there should be improvements to keep up with this business. I strongly assure there are more visitors that are disappointed with their stay but never raise this issue up. Although you might think this is petty, but as a paying customer i do felt perturbed with the stay. It frustrates us when NO actions was taken. Why am i being petty with the portable cooker, wifi and etc, I’m on my serious carbs control and need to cook on my own way of cooking thus the simplest think like the portable cooker wasn’t there AT ALL.I urge you to educate to whoever that is involve seriously before you lost more than a dozen customers in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the most atrocious stay i have ever had during my visit to Kuala Lumpur.Thank you.
