Dropped by this place on 11.11.24. Used to work at Block B way back in 2015. Seems like very run down now compared to the last time I was here. Cafe owned by different person also, used to be a Chinese lady wearing glasses that ran the cafe. Terrible parking, very small ramps, can barely fit pickup truck.

It's owned by individual owner and hosting. Just like AIRBNB. We booked through Agoda. Pictures in there is not the actual unit.Our host didn't email or Whatsapp me with instructions to check in.We tried messaging and calling but couldn't get any reply. When we managed to, the host pretty rude and sounded frustrated.Finally told us to retrieve our keys from the letter box.The room was not as expected, simple but furniture were old, lots of wear and tear in the furniture, carpentry, bathroom. Poorly maintained.The bathroom drainage is weird, instead of flowing to the trap hole next to the shower, water flows to the trap hole next to the toilet bowl, making the whole bathroom super wet. We realised a floor wiper and probably that's what we need to do, scraped dry the floor with it!The TV control is a nightmare to set up and search. Navigating on Netflix was weird with a little arrow, no scrolling at all, maybe the screen size issue or something.Overall, it's clean and it has a washing machine no dryer. That's about it.Probably need to check who is the host before booking.

Went to view a vacant unit. Quite old but well kept. Price is also reasonable. The pool is under maintenance. Gym seems a bit small. But very strategic, walking distance to LRT station.

Also, lately a lot of construction going on so making it feel more isolated and abandon especially at night time.
