Mar 18, 2025 · Aiman FayyadhChange in the leadership of this musolla is necessary. The elderly man - probably the head of the musolla management committee - seemingly lacking in the knowledge of fiqh and jurisprudence looks domineering but regrettably hollow. The typical malay (read Malay, not Muslim) musolla with speakers blaring Qur'an recitations of Sa'ad Al Ghamidi at will, to show the surrounding dwellings that it is a sacrosanct place of worship, and then abruptly shut with scant regard of where the ayah of the verses begin and end. The imam leads the zuhr prayers - which is a khufuf prayer - with the mic 🎤 on and the ma'mum disturbed by his loud recitations amplified on the speakers. These kind of people need to be replaced. And Allah knows best
