Worst foot massage I have had in my entire life.The foot massage location is near the counter which makes it really noisy when people come in and out.The massage chair was super hard, sitting in it for 90mins was not bearable.The masseur was wearing rings during the massage and had long fingernails. Which made her already not so good techniques feel even worse. Not sure what technique she used but it’s the first time I had calf cramps during a foot massage.Overall the experience is really bad. I advise everyone to not go to this place.

And extremely relaxing such that I am embarrassed to say I caught myself snoring twice.She did wonders on my calf muscles and thighs that were burning after 8K run a few days before.Felt a lot better after 60min session. Highly recommend!Be aware KL traffic is bad so try to give them >90min heads-up.

Lina was very pleasant, very professional, and is very understanding in my constant need to go to the toilet. I had hesitations at first, when I was looking for a home massage in Google but how one can fake hundreds or thousand of 5-star ratings from different people right? Not recommended if you're actually looking for a massage. I walked in randomly looking for a foot massage, got super weird vibes from the staff who covered his whole face with a baseball cap, sunglasses and a face mask. The other staff was a woman who looked like she was possibly not a masseuse but worked a different profession. Overall the place and the staff made me feel very uncomfortable and I got out of there as quickly as I could.

I tried to book appointment at 8pm, they told me to come at 10.30pm. I waited till 10.30 and they said, sorry, no masseur available. Poor communication and no professionalism.The masseurs also aren't technically good. I went tor foot massage,and they masseur were merely rubbing the leg rather than massaging.In addition, they always try to push you for full body massage with extra services.

Well i didnt know that I will get the Best massage ever this morning haha. I just told my wife that today, my off day, i just want to rest and not do anything. Had no idea that she contacted someone for me to get a massage. 😊 Turned out that this will be the best massage I would have had so far. Nasrul knows his job well. He is Very informative too. Very disappointing experience at Kskin Avenue K. The staff named Lara made rude and judgmental comments about my physical appearance, even saying I looked old for my age — completely unprofessional and hurtful. On top of that, the facial treatment was extremely painful. I felt more discomfort than care throughout the entire session. It didn’t feel relaxing at all, and I left feeling worse than when I came in. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values respectful, gentle service.

The waiting time is absolutely terrible. Markets itself as a quick 15min fix, but my turn came only after almost 4 hours. This is because there is only one therapist although there are 3 stations. Don’t bother unless you can really wait (do other things in the meantime etc).Edit: The star (otherwise zero stars) is for the nice and patient therapist, Vivian, who didn’t rush through the treatment even though it was already 1030pm (mall closes at 10pm)

I do massages frequently and I can say this was the worst massage I ever had. He had no technique l. He just rubbed on one part of the body 10-15 minutes with one l stroke and mostly in circular motion sticking in knuckesl and elbows. I stopped him early and left. I woke up early the next morning with pain and burning in my back. Maybe it was just the wrong masseur to get but absolutely horrible.

The treatment is very satisfactory. However you have to wait patiently. I arrived around 11.00 am. Have to wait for other 20 patients before me. Some patient will take longer time depends on their condition. Around 7 pm i manage to go home. Will come back again for follow up treatment. Someone advise me to stay one day at the nearby homestay, get the treatment for that day and the following day.

Im send my mother in law here, arrive at 4pm, for treatment for muscler knee pain. Treatment at 11pm-12am. Got few parking area, lot of people, still have long queue. Got surau nearby and home stay. Haji man was good man, unwilling to let customer down, the non stop treatment made him so tired.please let him rest and take a breath for a moment.

This service belongs to my uncle (pak ngah).. customer who wants his service must be patient customer.. expect long ques and delays because some customers come as early as before subuh and how long treatment will takes is differ according to each customer's health condition.. some will takes short time, some will takes long time.. Have to come early for the treatment.I went to see Haji Lugua as told by my friends of his treatment method earlier. It is said that Haji Lugua is quite famous for treating all nerve problems from feet to the head. Haji Lugua doesn't use oil or anything in his method. He was able to fix our entire joint from the tips of the toes up to the ends of our hands. He treated all the bones and joints. Then he would make one body alignment using his unique method.

**Disappointing and Unsafe Experience**I had a deeply upsetting experience during my visit for a 2-hour massage session, which ended at 2 AM. After the massage, I requested to stay inside for just 5 minutes until my ride arrived, as I was wearing valuable gold jewelry and felt unsafe waiting outside alone at that hour. Despite this reasonable request, the staff refused and insisted I wait outside as they were closing. I was left standing outside, feeling vulnerable and disrespected. For a business that should prioritize customer care and safety, this was an extremely disappointing and inconsiderate response. I hope management will address this issue to ensure future clients are treated with more compassion and understanding.

Alhamdulillah..Stopped by on the way back from Kelantan.We went to Dabong following the Kenyir route to Felda Aring and continued to Dabong.Took the train from Dabong to Tanah Merah and turned back to Dabong because the car park was at Dabong.Then went back to Jeli, followed Rantau Panjang and then to Kota Bharu.Wanted to go back to Kuala Terengganu and took this road. I remembered to massage my family because my hand had been sore for a few days. Plus, after traveling this long, it must have been tiring.So stopped here on an ad hoc basis☺☺Satisfied with the hospitality and services offered.The place is clean. By far the best sleep I had inside an airport.There is privacy - customers are inside a common room. The staff will provide a blanket .Personal belongings are secure - customers are provided a locker big enough for a cabin luggage.Comfort - the massage chairs are soft and can be reclinedI woke up because I felt the need to pee. I thought I just dozed for a couple of hours, but then I saw the time and was surprised that I slept 6 straight hours straight.If I’m going back to SG and flight time is too early, spending the night here would definitely be an option.

When I approached this RestnGo I didn't need to look at the sign too long before being assisted by the lovely staff.The cost to sit on a chair for 6 hours is not too bad. 98RM, a little less if you choose the budget chair.You will get a locker for your bags and hot drink of your choice along with a cup of noodles, so a snack is covered.If you're stuck at the airport for a spell, this option may be attractive for you.Alternatively, you can spend less for 15-minute or 30-minute stints of massage, now and then out in the main area, they have chairs scattered about. That's not a bad option, you can just jump in one whenever you get a little stiff and sore from the hostile environment, which is otherwise designed as a thoroughfare. There's only so long you can sit on those benches before your back aches, especially if you've spent 10 hours in a plane.The service is a credit to the airport.

This lounge is located past Pop meals and Emart at the arrivals level.I took a look because I saw this place advertised with locker service, noodles, drinks, blankets, aromatherapy etc.It starts at RM28 per hour. RM58 for a 6 hour package. There are other packages available. It's open 24 hours.Unfortunately when I got in at 2am, there was no staff at the counter. The door was wide open and people could just walk in however they like.Without the staff, you can't get the keys for the lockers, you can't get any blankets or food or drinks. The only thing you can do is use the massage chairs and the Charging ports (but not all the charging ports work).To use the chairs, you have to download an app from the rest n go website. The app is not verified by Google play or Apple Store so you have to risk malware and Trojans. You MUST use the app to scan the QR code on the chairs in order to activate them. If you sit down and don't scan the QR asap, it will start telling you to "please pay to start your massage session", every few minutes. Unfortunately, there are no alternative payment methods if the staff isn't around.The chairs themselves are a mix of starting to peel, moderately comfy, and 'brand new but still wrapped in plastic so they can't be used'.For what it's worth, the lounge is in a quieter area with less foot traffic and it's air-conditioned. (If you spend a night in KLIA2, they turn down the AC overnight and it gets pretty stuffy.)While there wasn't any form of aromatherapy, I'm glad i say it did not smell musty or mildewy like some places do.If you're with friends and can flag down a staff member, it may be worth it to get the locker and get some rest during a layover or transit.I highly recommend Gintell hires enough staff for 24 hrs a day.

I paid RM20 on two occasions and the chair did not work. Once was early June, once today (6 Nov). Since June, the WhatsApp number Careline has responded very slowly and not processed my refund. The Caroline 1800-88-6332 also does not work. I've sent all my proof to the WhatsApp number again. Gintell just ate RM40 and neither them or KLIA is responsible or accountable for this, just terrible service.

This was my third visit to their shop on 25/5/2025, together with my family members. I'm truly satisfied with their service. During Mother's Day, they had a special promotion RM50 for a body massage, which was really worth it. The foot reflexology session, priced at RM75, was also excellent. What impressed me most is their ability to sense the issues in our body accurately. They are clearly well-trained and experienced in foot reflexology. Highly recommended!

I like the ambience and cleanliness.But the massage was not good as expected. I thought a female will massage me but it was a guy. He was just repeating the massage at the parts where it’s easy. He did not target my heel and dorsal. I specifically told him where to target & he just disregard & told me he can’t focus on my concerns because the time I took was not enough. I took 1hr 30min. I paid RM80.And not to forget he was just punching my heel and sides of my leg and top of feet instead of massaging it. It was not relaxing at all. The chair has recliner features but he didn’t tell me until the last 30min until I got very uncomfortable because of my seating. Overall I felt like it was not worthy.

Price is reasonable, environment is great, it concludes small pants which you can wear when you have long pants, kids also can have a foot massage, too. Massage is recommended but sometimes it is painful for some reason.

This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The therapist ran off halfway through the session due to a raid in the area, leaving me and wife, completely unattended and with no explanation or assistance. No staff member offered any update, apology, or even basic information about what was going on. I understand emergencies happen, but abandoning a customer without any communication is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs if you value professionalism and respect as a customer.

At first, I was in great doubt about place conditions and whether this treatment would get me recovered at all or not. Most of such establishments charge a lot and require multiple visits with plenty of package sign-ups. They care less about people's reaction to it, thinking it's ok to charge high to profit. Honestly, this ZULTHERAPHY is mindblowing. I was in terrible pain due to the wrong sitting posture. Can't walk, take stairs, put pants etc. I was told and diagnosed that I got Sciatica, 1st stage. If not treated, it would be Slip-Disc. The procedure was painful to an extent until I felt so tired of managing the pain while the Chiro was doing it. But to my greatest surprise, my 200% pain reduced to 30% within the next day. Not joking, but yes, REDUCED tremendously. I can walk better, sit better, and take stairs, though the pain is slightly there.The best part is it's extremely affordable. Thank you so much to the Chiro of ZULTHERAPHY. I will definitely go a 2nd follow-up knowing that this treatment works way better than clinical/hospital visits or even premium Chiro business organizations out there.
