The situation here is unacceptable. There are four elevators, yet only two are operational in a building that rises to 43 levels. Waiting for the elevator for 15 minutes is completely unreasonable. Moreover, the waiting area no air conditioning, making it unbearably hot like a hell. Given the high rental rates, this level of service and maintenance is simply not acceptable. I do not recommend this place.

I have rented various types of units here multiple times, including two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, and each had a completely different style. However, I have never encountered such unprofessional business practices as those of D** and Lee**, who managed the unit I stayed in, UNA 17-8-1.The unit was not well cleaned, with visible dust in hidden areas, and a cabinet was locked with a locker rendering it unusable. Furthermore, this couple, especially D** were incredibly impolite, rude, and prone to creating problems. D**, who argued unreasonably without any evidence falsely accused their guests of THEFT. The issues began when I requested a cleaning service after finding plenty of dust behind the cabinet, for which they wanted to charge RM60 despite the unit being very small. When I questioned the reason for this high charge D** started an impolite argument that ended in her suggesting we quit early, however we declined her offer. On the last day, after I checked out exactly as advised, they accused us of stealing a hairdryer that we never even saw in the unit. When I asked them to show me what the hairdryer looked like, assuming we may have taken it by mistake, it turned out to be a cheap brand worth only RM45, which we confirmed to not have taken by accident and don't remember at all seeing it in the unit. D** failed to provide any proof that the hairdryer was ever in the unit, and instead demanded proof we didn't steal something that doesn't even exist! She wants to search our personal items and luggage to confirm for herself. Let me remind you she provided no proof the hairdryer was ever there. She continued with harassing statements, even commenting inappropriately on the amount of luggage I had, which was clearly none of her concern. The service was poor, their behavior was unacceptable, and they were unmannered and very immature. As a result of a lengthy argument, they wanted to deduct from my RM300 deposit! If anyone considering renting here is willing to endure such a headache, then proceed at your own risk. I advise you to take all necessary steps to avoid getting deposit scammed by false theft accusations.
