While it may not be your typical sprawling shopping mall, it serves its purpose exceptionally well, providing a well-rounded selection of amenities and services.The mall strikes a balance between functionality and comfort. Its dining options cater to a range of tastes and budgets, ideal for university students grabbing a quick meal, nearby residents seeking a casual dining experience, or workers enjoying a lunch break. The retail stores, though limited, stock essentials and some interesting finds, making it convenient for the local community.I don't stay or work here but I have been frequent to Camp5 climbing gym which is located at the second floor. There are a total of 8 F&B outlets (Al-Ali Nasi Kandar, Puteri Azraa Malaysian & Thai Cuisine, Oiso Korean restaurant, Creek Project cafe, Subway, Juicy juice bar, Texas Chicken and Smile Frozen Yogurt. Other stores include Mr DIY, MyNEWS, laundry facility, wedding & event halls. There is a also clinic on the second floor.Though it may lack the glamour of larger malls, its thoughtful design and strategic location make it a valuable asset to the surrounding community.

I especially recommend Al Ali Nasi Kandar because the food is 10/10.There is also a parking lot and drop off area also.

It turned out to be quite a sombre moment for us, as the late Shahrul was the lifewire of our Hajj2000 group, and all of us missed him terribly...😭😭😭It was also unfortunate that some of our other Hajjmates couldnt attend either, due to various reasons. But we decided to make the best of the occassion with those who could actually make it today. It is always a pleasure to meet again with this awesome couple, who happen to the the owners of the Serai Group, as well as the Jibby Group of companies...The impressive success of their F & B ventures are such great motivation for the younger generation to follow, and they were not embarassed to share with us their failures also, and how they never give up trying until they achieved success. Not to forget our friendly orthopedic surgeon who came a bit late, but without her dear husband who was away in Terengganu attending to some urgent matters. She had finally decided to retire, but would still teach at UM just to keep up with the latest happenings in the medical world...And to Adida, our gracious host today, congratulations on the matrimonial bliss in your family, and we wish them Selamat Pengantin Baru...🥳🎉🎊💝As for the venue, we were thoroughly surprised to find that this Utropolis Marketplace is so near to where we live, and it comprised of 3 other wedding halls, plus one purpose setup room as the Nikah Hall. They are all located at the upper ground floor, while the ground floor itself housed other F&B outlets, a grocery store, and a DIY outlet. Parking is amply provided at the B1 and B2 levels. Right next to this building is the Mercure Hotel. How convenient for holding wedding events!! 👍👍👍😊My wife had stated that she might consider this venue for some of her events in the future...👌🤭
