The room was perfect. It's spacious, well equipped and even has a washing machine and oven. The cupboards are well labelled and the hair dryer are one of the best I've used in hotels. However, as this is not a hotel, checking in was quite a hassle. You need to bank in the payment into provided account before you can check in. There is no one to show you to the room and navigating your way can be tricky as there is different exit/entrance for hotel and resident guest. Check in time is at 3pm which is slightly later than most of the hotels. Check out time is 11am, also earlier than most. Security is good as you need access card to get into the building. Room door is not lock with card, but with password. During my stay, had quite a shock while I was sleeping when a group of people came in the room. Apparently they were provided with wrong room details (they were given my room number and password). Fortunately the customer service was reachable and the matter was sorted out promptly. While this is an honest mistake, perhaps the management would consider using an access card for the room rather than or in addition to password to prevent this from happening again.

Facilities wise it's excellent, but the particular apartment we booked through Agoda wasn't that great. The sink in the toilet doesn't work, TV doesn't work, and the bathroom has a faulty smell. Booked a two-room apartment for RM387, could only check-in at 3 pm, have to check out at 11 am. Doesn't spent enough time there to make the RM387 worth, to be honest🤣

And not a serviced apartments as I have thought. AND tiny ants problem.Really good for families and distance to places are that far walkable to Times square, pavilion etc.Great having washing machine, microwave and kitchen stove if you want to cook.

Unfortunately not a clean kitchen when we arrived, full of little ants (we could throw away our bread the next morning) , microwave didn't work, cockroach in the bathroom and pictures are very different from reality (stayed in 2 bedroom apartment). Owner only communicated on WhatsApp, which we luckily had. Wasnt friendly and pushy. We had to check out 11.00 (or 11.45) but our flight was at 6pm, they did not give us any opportunity to stay around the pool and have a shower before a 22 hour flight. (Cleaning ladys were having lunch when we left...)Bed had an old mattress.The building and pools are so great! So was the concierge and rest of staff in the building.Never again with Victoria home, Tribeca maybe next time...

The location is in the centre, 15mins walk to Twin Towers, 5mins to the Pavilion. You have to register with the concierge by information the host gave you by email. One disadvantage with backpackers is you have to pay 20RM/pack for your luggage after checkout ( or maybe leave luggage before check in). You will need to deposit 300RM (will be paid back after checkout). The host are friendly and helpful ( but you should have a mobile phone to call them in case, because they are not right there to support).
