Quiet place to rent in. Well furnished as it’s designed as a Residential and Suite. AllStudio units. Most tenants are young professionals with mixed of local and expats. Season parking available for RM 150 (as of March 2023). Easy access to highways to KL, PJ, Subang and airports. There’s a mall right opp if you need to get food or buy something within walking distance.There are some AirBnB and Hotel units but the customers are mostly well behaved.Can be a bit hard to get GrabRide / Food to get into the lobby. Usually u have to walk to nearby Dorsett for pick-up / delivery.
