Danz Eco Resort Reviews
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️A unique and memorable experience at Danz Eco Resort! We spent 3D2N here as part of a family and friends road trip to Taman Negara — and this place gave us the full nature escape we were looking for. The surroundings are calm and green, perfect for getting away from the city.A big thank you to Danz, the warm and friendly owner, who treated us like family. He even brought the kids fishing with just bread and empty mineral water bottles — a simple activity, but one the kids will remember for a long time.✨ The highlight for us was the stargazing — countless stars lighting up the night sky, a rare and magical sight for us city folks.🍽️ Also worth mentioning — the Patin Tempoyak served here was delicious!Rooms are basic, which is expected for a nature stay, but there’s still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.Overall, a great place to experience the beauty of Taman Negara with personal touches you won’t get at a typical hotel. Thanks again, Danz!
Jun 04, 2025 · Wen OngDate of visit: Early August 2024. Weekend.2day 1night activity package..So far im happy with the experience..As iam simple person so my review is basic. But have to admit that there is miscommunication with the staff but solved well.Room is basic for sleep & shower. Not the best. Can sleep for 1 night. Room can be cramped. If write for 2 people, actually it only comfortable if only one. If 4, then only 2 can survived. For activity, u have to wait. Dont be late.Food is okay. Basic. Not luxury.Im hungry so i just eat je no complain.Maybe not repeat.Once in lifetime, Taman Negara checked ✅
Dec 28, 2024 · Black SwanThis is not the place if you expect the Malaysian hospitality and honesty in business.1. 'Glamping' here is overrated. Tent space is tight, very little room to maneuver, you'll feel claustrophobic. No doormat provided upon entering the tent that you end up walking in with sands on your feet into the tent. Towel is not provided. Pillows are dirty. Mattress used are cheap kind that you end up waking up with back pain.2. Shared bathroom. Toilet is not clean. Lots of sand everywhere. Although there are 9 stalls in the shared bathroom, once 3 stalls are occupied there'll be no water at all for use in the remaining 6 stalls. Imagine that, no water dripping at all. The 2 water heaters installed are just for show, totally useless. Mind you, only 2 water heaters installed in a 9-stall bathroom but cannot be used.3. They took in large groups but they could not provide enough seating for people to dine in. During meal time, lots of guests had to sit down on the floor. Greedy operator, they only scam you for your money, they don't care about your comfort.4. The exaggerated good food perhaps are among those who do not travel well. Imagine 3 meals in a day. The acclaimed good food is only 1 of the menu in lunch. That's it. Breakfast, dinner and the rest of the menu for lunch are mediocre at best.5. A lot of things are not well communicated to guests. Guests are kept in the dark mostly. Not to mention, they tend to inform you at the last minute and keep you guessing so you're stucked with no options, but had to give in to them.6. Resort is not manned by adult professionals but instead by youngsters in their late teens/ early twenties. Don't expect experienced hospitality in their service.Talk about true Malaysian hospitality, this is definitely not the place. If you love your heard-earned money, bring it elsewhere.
Aug 23, 2024 · Eastmile OmarAll the activities in the package are tiptop. Except that we didnt get to go to the CanopyWalk due to fallen tree, i think they should inform us earlier, coz that is included in the package but we didnt get it done, so i think they should do some replacement of activities or anything appropriate. Undeniably the food was super amazing. The tour guide was nice and attentive to our questions. I was using the Glamping balcony, i suggest before letting the customer to get into the tent, please do final check just making sure the bed, pillow and linen are clean, no insects on it. Anyway, rapid shooting was fun. I think i still recommend anyone to try out their activities and stay there. But i hope the owner will take my feedback for improvemenr
