Conclusion: Why this place is suitable for locals
For locals in Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Hostel Hunting Sdn Bhd (now LiveIn.com) presents a potentially valuable resource for finding long-term accommodation. The traditional rental market in KL can often be fragmented and challenging to navigate, particularly for students transitioning from out of state or young professionals seeking their first independent living space.
Hostel Hunting aims to simplify this process by offering a centralized online platform for searching and booking. The concept of "ready-to-move-in" furnished units with services like Wi-Fi and potential housekeeping is a significant draw, reducing initial setup costs and logistical headaches. For students, the promise of finding accommodation close to universities in various student towns across Malaysia, including the greater Kuala Lumpur area, is highly beneficial. For working professionals, especially those new to the city or seeking more flexible rental terms than traditional leases often allow, their co-living spaces can offer both affordability and a sense of community.
The location of their office in Bangsar is also a plus, making it accessible for direct inquiries, although the online nature of their service means most interactions would be digital. While some customer feedback points to areas for improvement in responsiveness and certain charges, the fundamental service of connecting tenants with furnished, long-stay rental options remains a core benefit. For many Malaysians looking for hassle-free living solutions in a dynamic city like Kuala Lumpur, Hostel Hunting (LiveIn.com) offers a modern approach to finding a comfortable and convenient place to call home, allowing them to focus more on their studies or careers and less on the complexities of traditional renting.

Hostel Hunting Sdn Bhd Reviews
I'm not satisfied with the services of this company. I had rent a room under Hostel Hunting Management but the services is really bad. When I report the issue about the facilities to the management, they will ignore my message and not intend to help me. Besides that, they will simply charge the deposit fee after the termination of the contract. I don't what what's wrong of this company and please change you staff to training. When I want to move out, they will charge RM50 for the move out fee but its not mentioned in the contract. To be honest, I would like to stay beside the river rather than rent the house from this company 😅😅😅客服回信心又慢又没耐心,租前租后两个样😐😐😐😐
Oct 07, 2021 · Kelvin ChanBased on my experience, i always pay the room rental before 7 of the month (if late, they will fine you). I have a problem with my access card and facilities in the room. I sent this concern to the D'latour Hostel Hunting management and THEY ONLY READ and never REPLY. very good service :)
