Kapas Turtle Valley

South China Sea, Pulau Kapas, Terengganu, Malaysia

4.0
Great private beach, fantastic view from the bungalows and super friendly & accommodating staff— especially Shah, Jai & Amar. Coral from the shore mostly dead but there were some nice sea anemone with lots of clown fish in the area. The fins, masks, kayaks included in the room rates were a nice touch. We were also lucky to catch a turtle hatchling release. Lunch and dinner foods were a mix of ok and tasty. Although the resort is not very small child friendly (the veranda especially is quite a risk), we stillenjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the main detractor from a better stay was the amount of bites we got from sleeping in the beds. Not sure if they were fleas or bedbugs, but they were very unpleasant and hopefully can be rectified as we would love to return someday. - Khayriyyah Mohd Hanafiah
