The place is a low cost housing, with that came with low cost maintenance and also attracted low-cost tenants. My shoes were stolen literally from my own front door here. The apartment is badly maintained, it doesn’t even have a waste room in each floors, so the whole floor will share the same thrash bin situated on the middle of the corridor and attract bad smell to nearby units, The cleaning staff will use the residents lift instead of the service lift everyday to carry the thrash bin out, which will fill the entire lift with garbage smell the whole day. Management are quick to clamp residents cars but they themselves are very slow to respond to emails or enforce a higher standards to their own staffs. - I N
