I haven't seen worse than this funking company, I have my most ever worse experience with this company, my gearbox car had broken it had to change this funking company refer me to workshop that given me a quotation with RM5900 which the funking company wanted to cover only Rm 2200 of , I left the warranty and found a workshop that changed the gearbox for only Rm 1500 ، but the funking mywarranty didn't except to pay for that workshop, so I paid my self, I wasted the Rm 500 buying funking warranty,I strongly suggest to not waste your money buying this funking non warrantyIt's an absolute fraud company,I wonder how it is working legally !!

It has been a month since i send the car to panel workshop and the warranty approval still pending until now. Called few times and the reason they gave, approval will be slow cause the office is not opened. You are an insurance company, suppose to be under necessary service and imagine going 1 month without a transport. It is manageable cause of pandemic but what if its in normal situation? Taking this long time to approve a warranty claim is ridiculuous in my opinion. I hope they will improve their service.
