This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.1. There was absolutely no parking available, even though the hotel description clearly stated that parking was provided.2. The front desk was extremely slow during check-in.3. The elevator felt very unsafe.From the start, the front desk initially gave me Room 301.When I got to the room, I was shocked to find that the door lock was completely broken… anyone could just push the door open from the outside. It was extremely dangerous!I went straight back to the front desk to report the issue, and they unbelievably told me, “You need to use the key to open it, the key card is only for electricity.” I was speechless……… lolI immediately requested a room change.The staff did arrange another room for us right away. This time, the door lock was in good condition.As for the room… hmmm….. the curtains were very dirty, the air-conditioning wasn’t cold at all, and the shower gel wasn’t even new….. it had already been used.

We were fine with paying the late fee but the female Malay staff was acting suspicious, told us to pay RM 15 (when it was RM14.50 an hour) and did not allow us to use DuitNow. She also had to count how much money was in the POS before telling us how much we had to pay.NO ONE told us about a late fee, and NO ONE told us how strict the late check out time was. Super unprofessional staff and crazy penalties for a 5 minutes late checkout.STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
