This condo lot is quite big in space consists of a balcony, a hall, a master bedroom, a big medium bed room, two medium bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a laundry space. I chosed the medium bedroom and it was a cozy place to stay. That is why I can reside here for a year and five months. All of basic equipments is provided in this house like bed, mattress, pillow, wardrobe, stoves, refrigerator, rice cooker, kettle, washing machine and water heater. My experience as a tenant here was good because I like cooking and the landlord allowed me to cook by providing those basic equipments. Furthermore, the location of the said room is close to the local amenities such as restaurants, fastfood restaurants, fresh mart, grocery, laundry shop, pharmacy, private clinic, 24 hours shop, fire and rescue station, petrol station as well as near the taxi stop and LRT train station. The location is also near to new Mall and supermarket. Lastly but most importantly, the landlord is very nice and easygoing person in attitude.
