Overall okay, 3bedroom with 3 toilet + 1 powder room outside. Huge & nice unit come with Smart TV. Comfortable for 6pax-8pax since they have 5 queen bed with complete toiletries with floor matt & kitchen amenities. WiFi provided but no signal in toilet master bedroom. Its easy to check in & parking as well. Location was not that bad and quite private, 8-10mins to city center. KK Mart available at ground floor.

Despite this preparation, when we arrived at the apartment, no one greeted us, no instructions were provided, and there was zero communication from the hotel. I had to navigate everything blindly, which is completely unacceptable after paying for an extra night to avoid exactly this kind of issue I was stranded with kids in the early hours of the morning.Over the past four days, I have repeatedly asked multiple staff members to contact me — yet not a single phone call or response has been given. Phone calls and messages from my side have been consistently ignored, leaving me feeling abandoned and disregarded as a guest.On the rare occasion I was able to speak to someone, their attitude was dismissive and arrogant, showing no interest in resolving the situation or even extending basic courtesy. The instructions and information — confusing, incomplete, and misleading.What should have been a relaxing and well-managed stay has turned into an exhausting ordeal due to the hotel’s poor management, total lack of communication, and disregard for guests.I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professional service, clear information, or even the most basic level of respect. I will be escalating this matter further to ensure it is addressed properly.I do not recommend you guys ever booked this accommodation.I have added all my communication with this property to show you guys proof that they are deceiving

Whoever rates high for this is Fake.A block gates are always LOCKED. reason is No security to guard it. So all have walk through car park and reach main gate and it takes 5 min.There are only 3 security in entire building blocks. Can you imagine 3 security for 5 blocks 33 floor each.Being here in 10 months i have faced Lift out of order and stuck at elevated level for hours with no means to go down including Lift Bomba. I have faced this situation 3 times. So schools offices all disturbed.Very poor Management of building.

This is the condition of the corridor where we live—no cleaning has been done for two weeks, the elevator is full of mosquitoes, and cockroaches have started appearing in our home. Despite repeated requests for cleaning, nothing has been done. This is the worst-maintained and most unhygienic place we’ve ever lived in.

But if you take a closer look, most things are old and poorly maintained. The cleaning staff is clearly insufficient — you’ll see fallen leaves everywhere, and stains left untouched.Key Access System – We requested a replacement car access card back in 04 March 2025. Until today 13 June 2025, the building management keeps saying the system is “still in progress.” Honestly, is their system on another planet? Do we need Elon Musk to send a rocket and fix it?Power Trip Incident (21 September 2024) – Our unit had a circuit issue. It was the first time we encountered this kind of situation. I understand it was a Saturday night, but guess what? The building manager, Mr. Darmen, was too busy partying to respond. I called and messaged him — no reply at all. Even after the incident, there was no follow-up, not even with the owner. Sure, I understand the DLP (Defect Liability Period) has ended and it's now the owner's responsibility. But that kind of attitude from management, summore his position is manager? Unacceptable.As the owner’s agent, even we can already feel how unreliable this building management is — imagine how the owners themselves must feel. These issues have dragged on for far too long. What we need is a prompt and effective solution, not endless delays and excuses.
