Le Village Chinatown Reviews
Clean room, quiet, AC, free simple breakfast, WiFi - all nice amenities for the price. It is close to Chinatown flea market, and I even walked to Petronas Towers pretty easily. Understand, this is a great little place FOR THE PRICE. The rooms are quite small - more for backpackers than families. No attached bathrooms or showers, at least on my floor. Breakfast is 3 pieces of toast, jam and butter, an apple, and Nescafe coffee or tea. Saved me having to go out and spend money on 1 meal. I recommend it if your goal is to get out and see the sights, and you're on a budget!
Dec 29, 2017 · Scott TurnerThere is a daily rent and monthly rent, which is cheaper and worth its price. There are:- good location- laundry- living room with tv where you can watch your movies- the kithen where you can cook, it also has a fridge- nice big rest area on the roof top, where you can smoke and relax- a shop with simple food (instant noodles, eggs)The place is huge, not very clean but again it is ok for this price. A suitable place to live for a month or a couple of months.
Nov 04, 2018 · Mary PankevichLove it!!! In my travelling I have pass trough kuala lumpur 3 times and each one I stayed there, because the first one I just felt so welcome, first is very very cheap, perfect for travellers, second is a very good location, you can found cheap food around, cheap souvenirs and clothes, you just need to walk one or two squares away from chinatown and is everytng cheapee, and you have train station, bus station etc...perfectONLY THING I didnt like is they allow to smpke inside so as a no smoker when many are smoking it was awful
Jul 15, 2017 · CamilaI saw that on my bed within 2hours of trying to sleep. I had so many bites from it. Not sure if it is bed bugs but my body itched for a long time.l lost sleep so i left the premises. The room was cheap 40 ringgit but they make u pay 30 ringgits as deposit. I do not understand why. It didn't look clean. There were no windows and the bed sheets had stains.
Nov 03, 2018 · SarahReally bad. We came back to this place after visiting 6y ago because there was a nice communual area, lots of nice backpackers and nice vibe. The name was then Monkee Inn. They changed name to Seven Nite Inn and now De'nai. No clue why but it's sure not because they've upgraded the place after 6y. The place where normally was breakfast is now a restaurant not part of the hostel anymore. We got BEDBUGS! so we asked to change rooms. Luckily that was okay. Only one staff member was really nice. The girl from the morning didn't say much. Just gave a plate for breakfast and didn't even explain where to get hot water, toast our bread and where to get cutlery. She just went back to reception and played on her phone. Also not enough jam for the 3 breads we got. It's fine for this budget but it's not that it's that cheap. Poor service and not clean. Rooms have bad linnen, we had bedbugs and looking under the bed; lot of dust. Showers need maintenance. Would recommend to find a much better place.
