Date 23042025 Update to my previous review. The road now narrower with some stationary vehicles parked by the road side. Despite that, cars are a lot faster than before. Crossing the road has now becoming even more challenging during high traffic hours. And not to mention about lorry tippers racing to and from construction sites around the LRT loop. I have a question. Where is the ADUN, MP & EXCO when the rakyat need them ? Well.......🫣Previous review : Within walking distance to LRT station and grocery supermarket albeit quite dangerous as pedestrian walkway is too near to the main road 16/1. Many cars speeds along the road during peak hour traffic. Thousand commuters risking life daily just to cross the main road to and from LRT station. Hope the Sime Darby Property as part of its corporate social responsibility to build or erect few speed breakers along road before any major accident happens. Hope my wish come true.

However, my recent experience with the management team made me rate this place 2 star.Since February 2023, I had an issue with the air-conditioning unit which came as part of the sales package. We've contacted the management team for inspection however, after checking-in for 4 times, the servicing team were unable to diagnose the problem. In the end, my tenant expressed such disappointment till the extend he will hold his rental payment until we've fixed the air-cond.We had to take this matter on our own hands and resolve it. Found out the air-conditioning unit provided by the developer was faulty. I have also initially suggested for the management team to dismantle the air-conditioning unit that's under warranty for further investigation whilst we install a new unit, and return us the replacement unit to cover our cost. However, the answer from management team was "we're not liable once you have dismantled the unit".For owners, I'd suggest getting your own air-conditioning unit in the first place to avoid such problem unless you got time to spare or a lived-in owner.
