• I booked this place because it is the nearest hotel to the Prometrics Testing Centre in KL.No front desk to check in.This is not a hotel that is condo for rent.First impression was cigarette smell in the room.The corridor smells of stale food and onions.Very old furnishings.Toilet and shower area is full of mildew and broken equipment.The worst place I ever been in my life.I must find another place immediately.

• The cockroach infestation is very bad! Be prepared to be attacked by flying cockroaches any time!The whole place has an eerie vibe. Pretty sure it is haunted. Room sliding door is opened when i clearly remember closing it before i go to bed. Stuffs on the “dressing table” mysteriously ended up on the floor a distance away.Car park has a lot of abandoned cars. Very spooky and disturbingThe corridor smells of stale food and onionsThe whole place is very run downToilet and shower area is full of mildewThe bed has bedbugsThe door has no security lockSecurity guards are non existence.Location is super inconvenient. With only one road going to the place. If you are coming back from PJ, you will need to make a long trip up to Jalan Parlimen to turn back to Jalan Duta.Nearest food place is Jalan Dungub / Jalan Batai / Bangsar - all not walking distanceConclusion? If you like to live with cockroaches and ghosts, it will be very fun for you!

• Although this was only a visit to friends staying here, I was not too impressed with this hotel-turned-AirBNB. Building is large, fairly clean but with hardly any security. Single ladies need to be careful. For eateries, see my tip below.Cleanliness and facilities within the unit depend on individual ownern/landlord. While generally clean, not all facilities were working, such as the fan remote. One of the chairs had a stained seat. Toilet flush wasn't working and had to be reported.Bedrooms were quite spacious for a 2-room unit. Living area is small and cramps, so don't invite too many friends over!

• The room have a non-working microwave. No soap or shampoo either. It's a room for four guests with only two towels. We have to request for extra towels and a kettle. The security guard was not on a friendly side. I don't even know what's the point of having a security when everything is at your own risk. To use the pool, gym and sauna, you need to register for it first. On the entire 9th floor, we're the only guests. There's no front desk so, call the management for whatever. But, for the price, I think it's one of the best in the area.

• The room is spacious but had that kind of foul smell. Very old furnishings. Booked the room for a few nights but have to give it up coz I had a creepy encounter on the 1st night. Very eerie and the management couldn't make a refund. Stay at your own risk and with the the brave guts.
