Rest&Go Transit Hotel & Luggage Storage TBS Introduce
For us living in Kuala Lumpur, especially those who frequently travel outstation by bus, or have friends and family arriving via the bustling Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS), finding a convenient spot for a quick rest or secure luggage storage can be a real lifesaver. This is where Rest&Go Transit Hotel & Luggage Storage TBS comes into play. Situated right within the heart of our city's primary bus terminal, it offers a pragmatic solution for travelers needing a short break between journeys, a place to freshen up, or simply a safe spot to leave their belongings while they explore. As locals, we understand the pace of travel through TBS, and a facility like Rest&Go is designed precisely to cater to those fast-paced needs.
Rest&Go isn't designed to be a luxury resort, nor does it aim to be. Instead, its core value proposition is unparalleled convenience for transit passengers. It caters specifically to those who have early morning departures, late-night arrivals, or long layovers at TBS. For us Kuala Lumpur folks, knowing there's a place literally steps away from the bus platforms where we can grab a few hours of sleep or secure our bags is incredibly reassuring. It's a no-frills, highly functional establishment built around the rhythm of a major transportation hub.
The biggest selling point of Rest&Go Transit Hotel & Luggage Storage TBS is its unbeatable location. You can find it on Level 4, Terminal Bersepadu Selatan, Jln Terminal Selatan, Bandar Tasik Selatan, 57100 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This means it is literally inside the TBS complex. For anyone who has navigated TBS, you know how crucial this direct access is. You don't need to brave the traffic or hail a taxi to get to your rest spot; it's right there where you need it.
TBS itself is a major transportation hub, boasting excellent connectivity. It's easily accessible via various public transport options that we Kuala Lumpur residents frequently use. You can reach TBS via the LRT Sri Petaling Line (Bandar Tasik Selatan station), KTM Komuter (Bandar Tasik Selatan station), or the KLIA Transit (Bandar Tasik Selatan station). This multi-modal connectivity makes Rest&Go an exceptionally convenient choice not just for bus travelers, but also for those transiting from the airport or other parts of the Klang Valley. The ease of access, being sheltered within the terminal, is a significant relief, especially during heavy rain or intense heat, which we are very familiar with here in KL.
Rest&Go Transit Hotel & Luggage Storage TBS focuses on essential services tailored for transit needs. While not a full-service hotel, it provides key amenities that make a short stopover much more comfortable. Based on its nature and typical offerings of transit hotels:
- Short-Term Accommodation: Offering rooms for short durations, typically on an hourly basis, catering to travelers who need just a few hours of rest before their next leg of journey.
- Private Rooms: Providing individual rooms, which might vary in size and amenities, as opposed to shared dormitory spaces.
- Luggage Storage: A crucial service for travelers, allowing them to securely store their bags while they wait for their bus, attend to errands, or explore nearby areas without their baggage.
- Basic Shower Facilities: While specific details about private showers in rooms are limited, access to facilities to freshen up is generally expected, even if some might be communal or require using TBS's public facilities.
- Air-Conditioned Environment: Ensuring a comfortable temperature within the rooms and common areas, which is essential given KL's climate.
- Free Wi-Fi: Often a standard offering, allowing guests to stay connected, check travel updates, or communicate with loved ones.
- 24-Hour Operations: Essential for a transit hotel, accommodating arrivals and departures at any time of day or night.
- Towel Provision: As mentioned in a review, towels are provided, which is a convenient touch for those who need to freshen up.
- Power Outlets: Ensuring that guests can charge their electronic devices, a critical need for modern travelers.
The distinctive features of Rest&Go Transit Hotel & Luggage Storage TBS are largely centered around its unique position and the specific needs of its clientele. Based on the provided customer reviews and the nature of a transit hotel:
- Unbeatable Location: Directly inside TBS, offering unparalleled convenience for bus travelers and those using the inter-modal transport hub. This is arguably its strongest highlight, saving immense time and effort.
- Convenience for Transit: Specifically designed for travelers needing a quick rest or short stay between journeys, making it incredibly practical for early departures or late arrivals.
- Luggage Storage Service: A highly valuable service for travelers, providing peace of mind knowing their belongings are secure while they move around.
- Hourly Room Rentals: This flexibility is a significant advantage, allowing guests to pay only for the time they need, making it a cost-effective solution for short rests.
- Functional and Decent Rooms: While not luxurious, the rooms are described as "decent" and functional, providing a necessary space for rest. Plugs are working, and the focus is on utility.
- Friendly Staff (at times): One review highlights an "extremely friendly" staff member, indicating that positive customer service experiences are possible.
- Provides Essential Basics: Offers the fundamental necessities like a place to sleep, air-conditioning, and the ability to freshen up, which are crucial for tired travelers.
It's important to note that customer reviews also point to areas that could be improved, such as consistency in staff procedures (e.g., receipt for deposit) and the condition of some amenities (e.g., pillowcases). For us locals, managing expectations is key – this is a transit hotel, prioritizing speed and location over extensive amenities.

We understand the rush of catching a bus, the exhaustion of an overnight journey, or the need for a quick break before heading home. This hotel is literally built into our main bus terminal, eliminating any travel stress to reach a resting spot.

Rest&Go Transit Hotel & Luggage Storage TBS Reviews
For a location like this , you miss a great opportunity to grow your business.I booked for 3 hours , walk in, Deposited RM50 but your staff writes RM30. And then he change shift with another staff who question about my depositIt was then I realized the night shift staff never gave receipt. So I asked the morning shift staff to call and confirm. He said it's a mistake and I get my depositI don't think it's a careless mistake, please ensure receipt given out for deposit coz it's illegal to not have receipt. I was tired because I arrived around 4am so I forgot to ask for it. I only QR to pay the room rental which is about RM60 for 3 hours. Please vet your staff carefully in case there are those who is dishonest in working for you. You might lose a lot of money because of their attitude & inefficiency. The room was decent , I didn't shower but uses the sink to freshen up. Suddenly the staff came and said he wanted to clean the bathroom, and asked me to quickly use the shower room. However I think you should not clean it up past midnight especially at 5 am when everyone is trying to sleep. The room is just decent but small , don't expect much from it. Hopefully the sheets and blanket are clean. The plugs are working. I chose the room not a capsule pod
May 30, 2025 · Mencari SakiinahConvenient location. Towel provided and they requested 50MYR as deposit. The guy who welcomed us was extremely friendly. It’s a place to spend the night if you need to catch a bus the next day. Everything is quite small and lousy. The showers were okay, but for number one and two you have to use the public toilets owned by TBS (they are around 15m away). The room was clean, but the pillowcases looked used — they really should have replaced them, as they were visibly used and a little bit smelly. I can not complain because for two was, as I said, convinient to catch up our bus at 8:00AM.
Jun 07, 2025 · afm:berlinPaid S$5 on Agoda for a night, Actually the capsule hotel no complaints, got towel, got shower, and clean. As a 180cm and 140kg guy, I was able to lie down fully also. The door is also secured lock and got luggage storage. Of cos u cannot compare to 4-5 stars hotel but is super convenience for taking coach next day morning. Can charge phone also in the capsule.
May 28, 2025 · Wen Sheng FooI was attended by a male staff,it was smooth procedure and quick instructions.Pay RM30 for refundable deposit. It is my first time being here, the capsule is including pillow and blanket. The aircond is not so power at first but after for a while it will cold enough. The plug is functioning well.I have such a good experience spending for 1night,even though not in proper sleep.
Apr 24, 2025 · Moini MailThe staff really nice, he help me a lot! The service is tip top cause i tell him i book wrong time (my face literally show that I'm tired) and in the morning i freezing then he give me a big blanket so i get 2. Calm and comfort surrounding. The slack is I don't understand to use that thing closer to mirror lol and the shower room doesn't have flat place to put my belongings just only have something to hang.
