Serai Bamboo Hot Spring Cafe Reviews
Interesting spot, so far very well maintained place, friendly and helpful staffs, and very affordable prices especially the breakfast buffet. Food option is alright however certain items are not in the best quality. (However we came around 10.30am so its already late, so can't complain much).I think best time is to come around 6-7am while its still cold to enjoy fresh food and hot spring when its cold outside to have the best experience.Likewise their budget is very low so i can see its very hard to overcome and upgrade some quality things.I do like to make some friendly suggestion:1. I think the signage ourside is a bit hard to spot first time, had overshoot and have to make a U-turn (this is me specifically trying to come to this place). An improved signage might attract some customers that drive through maybe? Owner dont have to spent much money on anything fancy but just try to find a way or better placement perhaps?2. The drinks section could improve, maybe add sugar option beside the coffee and tea (creamer expensive so we can skip that maybe).Or maybe something more classic like bandung drink?Lychee sirap drink taste the same like the ones they offered in Genting Highlands casino for free but less cold. Though the method/container storing the drinks feels a bit not practical. In the end it's just air balang standard but then i feel like it could be elevated to the next level since the rest of the environment does feel fancy a bit.3. Food section maybe need to check more often a bit especially the late time as the food sorra spoils, its a shame. I think if a proper container method is stored maybe it wouldnt go to waste that fast?If the owner is feeling adventurous, knowledgeable and have some extra budget maybe can even explore some refurbished food and beverage machines from industry like hotels and restaurants and include that to the service to make the experience better (tho this is a risky investment for this spot). But the place is quite nice and i think theres a lot of potential to elevate this place even with maintaining the affordability aspect.Anyways thank you for the experience.
May 15, 2025 · Eu Xin HongWas there for the hot spring. The charge is rm5 per person and there are changing rooms and the place could seat a lot of guests. There is just one big hot water pool. It is not like some place where they have different pools offering different kind of heat.Over here you kinda search your pool for the warmest or the mild heat.Quite refreshing for healing seekers.Be warned not to spend too long in the warm pool as it does have a dizziness effect to some people at a varying degrees.Bring towel, gayong or even a pail for your convinience. 👍
