Sultan Suleiman Royal Mosque

Jalan Raya Timur, Kawasan 1, 41000 Klang, Selangor, Malaysia

4.0
A beautiful heritage building that is worth a visit. Perhaps the only art deco inspired mosque in Malaysia or maybe the world. The unique details found throughout the building are rarely seen in any other mosque. My visit to this mosque for Friday prayers before Ramadhan 2025 gave me a good surprise. The main hall is now enclosed with glass doors in the main entrances. The upgrade was needed to allow for air-conditioning in the main hall. It seems there were some people who preferred to pray in cool comfort. For those who do not prefer air-conditioning, there is plenty of space for prayers outside of the main hall. - nazif JT
