Aggressive in getting rid of roadside parking yet charging high parking fee compared to Setia City Mall. RM1/hr when competing mall like Setia City Mall is not charging parking fee for first 3hrs during weekdays.Even worse, the mall is not well maintained (elevators and escalators break down often) even with high parking fee.I honestly don’t see any reason why I should hang around in this mall aside from the gym. Why should I support Sunsuria Group as a business when they don’t care for their customer?These kind of practices makes it hard for me to support the business in Sunsuria Forum.New businesses please avoid this place at all costs!
