In Malaysia, a 'surau' generally refers to an Islamic assembly building that is smaller than a mosque but serves similar functions for worship and religious instruction. As a community surau, its location within the housing estate ensures ease of access for daily congregational prayers by those living nearby.
For those unfamiliar with the immediate vicinity, the provided Plus Code "VFJQ+65" is a precise geographical identifier that can be entered directly into Google Maps or other navigation apps to pinpoint the exact location. This is particularly helpful, as noted by a visitor, because it can otherwise be "really hard to find a surau in that area." This suggests that while it's crucial for the local community, it might not be immediately visible from main roads or highly advertised to passing traffic.
Access to Taman Gelangi Perdana would typically be via the main roads leading into Jerantut. Surau Nur Iman Taman Gelangi Perdana Reviews
The surau is comfortable and clean. The congregation is lively. The imam is still young..a high school kid...but talented...hopefully the surau will continue to be lively with congregational prayers. Came here because I rented a homestay because there was a cross-country event. I registered the location of the surau on Google maps....Because it's really hard to find a surau in that area.
