The highlight of this place is the different species of birds that can be seen around the lake. One of the best times to visit Tasik Angsa is during the feeding time at 11am and 4pm. During these times, many of the animals gather, giving visitors a unique opportunity to see them up close. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed watching the birds as they swooped down to catch their food. The one gazebo provided is a great place to relax and take a break from the sun. It's the perfect spot to sit and watch the birds while staying cool and comfortable. The information boards around the area were helpful, but some of them need to be redone as they are hard to read. It would be great if the management could improve the readability of the signs to provide more information for visitors.Overall, I highly recommend visiting Tasik Angsa in Taman Wetlands. It's a wonderful place to spend time with your family and kids, especially if you're interested in birdwatching. The area is clean and well-maintained, and the birds are truly a sight to see. Mar 31, 2025 · Randell OngA hidden gem in Putrajaya Wetland! Tasik Angsa is a peaceful spot, perfect for birdwatching and outdoor activities. The highlight of my visit was the bird feeding time at 11 AM and 4 PM—about 30 minutes before feeding, birds start gathering, as if they know the schedule! It’s fascinating to watch different bird species eagerly waiting for their meal. Some of the birds you can spot here include the Radjah Shelduck, Canadian Goose, and Egyptian Goose. These birds, originally from North America and other regions, have adapted well to the wetland environment, making it an exciting place for bird enthusiasts. For those who love jogging or cycling, you can take a scenic route from Taman Botani or Taman Rekreasi Air Putrajaya to get here. The wetland itself is a well-maintained ecosystem with a rich variety of wildlife. Highly recommended for nature lovers, photographers, and anyone looking for a quiet escape from the city.
