The apartments are clean, comfortable, and the upstairs common area, kitchen and laundry were really nice. As described, there is a lot of construction, so walking around the neighborhood is difficult, but taxis are very inexpensive. Grocery store and restaurants are right downstairs. A very good space for people working while traveling!

No at-home feeling at all. Is okay if near to LRT/ MRT Stations but no... it was not close at all. Traffic was also bad because Ikea/MyTown Shopping Mall...
