Location and Accessibility
Al-Hidayah Mosque is conveniently located at Jalan Sri Penchala, Kampung Sungai Penchala, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This address places it within the residential and suburban charm of Kampung Sungai Penchala, a traditional village area that has gracefully coexisted with the more modern developments of Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI).
Its location provides excellent accessibility for residents within Kampung Sungai Penchala itself, allowing many to reach the mosque on foot for daily prayers. For those in the wider Taman Tun Dr Ismail area and surrounding neighborhoods like Mutiara Damansara or Damansara Perdana, the mosque is easily reachable by car. Jalan Sri Penchala connects directly to major roads and highways, including the LDP (Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong) and Penchala Link, which are vital arteries for travel across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. This robust road network ensures that the mosque is accessible to a broad community, not just those immediately adjacent to it.
While direct MRT or LRT station links might require a short taxi or ride-hailing service, the general area of Taman Tun Dr Ismail is well-served by feeder buses and is relatively close to the TTDI MRT station. Al-Hidayah Mosque Kampung Sungai Penchala Reviews
Very clean and well kept. Convenient for solat. The imam also has beautiful recitation.
Jan 25, 2024 · Muhammad M.T.Air conditioning is great.
Mar 23, 2025 · STYLOMY_CLOSETThe masjid is not well ventilated. The pre-jum'ah lecture was such a bore. Why do they even bother with this lecture when there's already a Friday sermon (khutba)? The lecturer must've thought his materials were so great that he ran right thru the azan (zuhr) time with scant regard to the needs of the worshippers. And of course we go thru the boring prepared text of Friday khutba which was delivered in the manner of a teacher trying to ensure his pupils pass their upsr🙄There is no soul in the khutba jum'at. With a poor ventilated msjd, it's such a sleepy experience....
