Many things wrong about this place from the moment we stepped foot into the lobby. When you talk to the guards, they can barely speak English hence they're not much of use. There are no counters for you to receive your key and you are required to call the number that's on booking.com in order for you to know the next step. You can't call locally or the other end will tell you the number is busy. You need to call the agent through WhatsApp and the person can barely speak English as well. When you meet with the agent, they'll bring you up to your room and give you your key. You need to pay by cash because they have no card reader causing quite a bit of inconvenience.When in the room;- the carpet is worn out and dirty.- tv is mostly static and hard to watch.- bedsheets have stains.- furniture is fine but doesn't follow the same theme.- air-conditioning faces the top of the bed so if you have it on, you'll wake up feeling like dehydrated squid.- random decor around the room that doesn't make sense and those too are cracking/breaking- bathroom silicone is worn and peeling, toilet seat is broken and taped together with plastic tape, sink has sunken from the table and water will spill through, water damage almost everywhere.Maintenance is severely lacking. Luckily we were only there for one night and left at 7am. We paid rm350 for one night and I would honestly not pay anything more than rm150 for this. Felt cheated and disgusted. This was at best nothing Steer far away from this place. 100% would not recommend

Overall it is not a hotel, some 3rd party managed rooms. Managed by Bangladesh guys who cannot communicate in English. No wifi, no proper instructions, bathtubs non functional, toilet has broken health faucet. Waste of money. Do not trust Agoda's suggestion and ratings. Read honest google reviews before booking.

Yes customer service is bad, i dont know where they learn how to do business.The room is not worth it,yes it's dirty and old. Payment is not transparent where there is no breakdown of the price. Will spread to my company,friends and relatives not to stay there. The room security lock is not functioning feeling insecure. I have never met such a weird hotel even though I travel a lot. So my advice if you have other options please skip this hotel as it is not worthy in terms of value service and security. NO STAR

Instead, you needed to contact the soil call agent. Mostly run by unregistered foreigner. Agent can't be reachable, and we got stranded with no apartment to check in. You have to inspect the room before payment. All facilities listed for the room are false. Fortunately, we met a local Malaysian registered agent who managed to arrange for us their apartment.Please beware of the scam agent. Booking.com, please screen through your partner throughly.
