It provides excellent accessibility to key attractions, shopping areas, and diverse food options in Kuala Lumpur. Its proximity to "chettinad tamil restaurant with indian food" and "grab app accessible location" further emphasizes its convenience.
- Spacious Rooms: A significant positive feature highlighted by a customer is the room size: "Room was very spacious and decent for 3 people." This is a strong advantage, especially for families or small groups, offering more comfort than typically smaller city hotel rooms.
- Cleanliness: Despite some initial "scared" feelings due to negative reviews, a guest confirmed that they "didn't see any flys or cockroaches or any insects at all," indicating good internal cleanliness, especially within the rooms.

- Good Overall Experience (Mixed Sentiment): One reviewer explicitly stated, "Overall my exp was soo good," and "overall hotel exp is good," despite initial apprehension and a slight disappointment with buffet taste, suggesting a generally positive stay.
- Areas for Consideration (Highlighted by Reviews): It's important to present the full picture from customer feedback:

Jun 08, 2025 · aswini dileepThe room and building infra is in shambles.Other than lobby every floor paint off or cracks in the walls. Certain smell also. The building is beautifully located. This building has a great lobby. But everything else is unfortunately in very bad state.
May 24, 2025 · Danish ZaidiI highly do not recommend this hotel.Upon checking into the room, I was immediately hit with a strong smell of fumigation. Shortly after settling in, I discovered a letter from the hotel informing guests that fumigation had been carried out just a few hours earlier. Despite this, I noticed a tiny cockroach crawling around. I killed it, assuming it was an isolated incident, but over my 3-day, 2-night stay, I ended up killing a total of eight tiny cockroaches—found on the desk, in the bathroom, on the floor, and even on the bedside table. The situation was absolutely horrible. If the cockroaches had been larger, I would have demanded a refund or checked out immediately. The hotel itself appears old, which I can overlook, but a pest problem is a major red flag for me. To make matters worse, the air conditioning system uses central venting, and for the past two nights, I could distinctly smell cigarette smoke through the vents. For a non-smoker, this was incredibly unpleasant and unacceptable. While the price is cheap and might be tolerable for a solo traveler, I would strongly advise against staying here if you’re traveling as a couple or with family, especially with children. Spending a little more for a better experience is absolutely worth it.I’ve visited Kuala Lumpur multiple times, and this was by far my worst stay.I really wonder why was there such a bad pest problem with the hotel even after a Fumigation. The smell was really bad and actually pretty bad for a person to be staying in the room. Really disappointing
Jan 12, 2025 · YD OHygiene is the worst part here! I've been here 2 times different years and everytime the room was full of cockroaches! They were literally everywhere: on my bed, IN the fridge, on the table! The carpet looks like they've never vacuum it since the hotel was built! There were little nails in the carpet, we stepped on one till the leg bleed! Highly NOT RECOMMEND! one of the worst hotel ever!
May 24, 2025 · Yulia KorolevaNot properly manage. Surrounding area not really clean. Suppose this hotel apartment be one of the main hotel but need a lot of improvement. Security not friendly. Wait long for lift to lobby.
