Saiva Kitchens Reviews
Went for lunch with my family on a Saturday. The food was really yummy, and it's suitable for all age group cause it's not overly spicy.First dish we had was the claypot Mushroom Masala Claypot rice. The spices were cooked well and it's served with a side of papadams. Second dish was Mee Hoon curry noodles. It had so much ingredients in it and when served in a claypot, it was so heavenly.Moving on, we had Indian Style Meal Set which had 3 types of vegetables, one protein item, two curries and served with Indian pickle and papadams. This was a beautiful combination and it you feel full just by this one meal. We also had Crispy Vege Chicken Fried Rice. Served with vegetarian popcorn chicken, this fried rice was really yummy.Along with all these, we tried their Mushroom Sandwich and KFC Style Popcorn Chicken too. Both were yummy and had good portions. We were satisfied with our meals. If you want your food to be spicier, you can request it since all items are normally made with less spiciness. The owner is a sweet lady who will help you recommend what dishes you can go for if it's your first time here.Only downside is that the restaurant is kinda small, so even when it's not packed, it feels congested because tables are placed very close to each other.Overall, definitely a recommended place for yummy vegetarian food.

Jan 20, 2025 · CHANDREN ARUMUGAMFirst time here and had a really satisfying mutton masala claypot rice! It was addictive. Their most ordered claypot rice is the mutton and the fish series. The taste was unexpected for me cause how basic normal the shop interior is.As for the curry noodle, it is very San tan ish. It was just okay for me. The flavor for the claypot rice is heavier than the curry noodle.I would wanna try their other dishes when I get the chance to
Aug 19, 2024 · Pui Cheng LumA small quaint and spartan cafe that serves vegetarian Indian and Western food.I had the SK Nasi Lemak and masala tea today. It was ok. Wasn't outstanding. The masala tea wasn't milky enough and had enough tea though the spices were strong. The nasi lemak was disappointing. The rice has no fragrance of coconut or pandan and the veg.lamb was so small portion for MYR15.00. Their sambal is also rather bland.Their dishes are very lightly spiced and not to my liking as I prefer heavier savouries and spices.Believe it or not, I could take tablespoons of the sambal by itself without feeling the spice or any burn.
