Soon Soon Pan Mee & Fish Head Reviews
Following our workout, we decided to have lunch here. It was still quite busy on Sunday, so we had to wait for a table. I ordered their fish head lai fun; the soup was delicious, with a tomato and milky flavor. The fried fish head was fresh..
Mar 15, 2025 · Ken Lim kee hengReally nice. We had dis fried fish fillet beehoon. The noodles just nice and soup flavourful. Not like the usual ones, dis has a hint of tomato tanginess in it. Chunk of fillet crisp on outside and tender inside. Staff oso very attentive. Recommended.Dis round had Crispy Fish Skin. Good stuff.
Apr 22, 2025 · Melinda LeeBroth was beyond average, noodles were good ! And btw they only offer fried fish for the fish head noodles. Atmosphere was chaotic and a little smelly which made the overall experience a little uncomfortable. But it is packed with people on a Sunday morning.
Jun 08, 2025 · Jessica (Jess)Not bad this fish noodles. Soup is a bit different from the norm i.e. strong tomato taste. Those that do not fancy tomatos may not like this.Opted for the ling fish head noodles and also mah yau/threadfin fish noodles. Both were pretty good. But, we felt that the former was better and slightly cheaper. There are noodle options available hence a positive. Pricing is also reasonable and not expensive for such a bowl of noodles.Only issue is the crowd. Restaurant occupies 2 shops. One side is supposedly air conditioned but did not feel like it. Hence, come in shorts and t shirt or prepared to sweat.Coffee was alright. All in, good place.
Mar 01, 2025 · WorstDadThis is our first visit here, and we tried the Fried Ling Fish Head Thick Mee Hoon and the Soup Ban Mee. The Fried Ling Fish Head Mee Hoon offers a delightful mix of slightly sour, salty, and sweet flavors — quite enjoyable overall. As for the Soup Ban Mee, it wasn’t really to my taste, as I found the soup too salty. That said, the texture of the ban mee itself was excellent. The coffee was nice too!
