Many of us are constantly seeking ways to integrate physical activity into our busy lives. The beauty of this particular trail also lies in its surprising amount of shade, a welcome relief in our tropical climate. Tall rainforest trees canopy many sections of the route, providing a cool and pleasant environment even during sunnier parts of the day. This makes the uphill climb much more comfortable and enjoyable.

We understand that planning a hike involves more than just knowing where to go. Details about the trail, what to expect, and any special considerations are vital.
